When you schedule a packout, your counselor will have you acknowledge and sign this document. This is a must for customers to acknowledge various responsibilities that fall upon the mover(s) and the customer. One of which is an acknowledgement of you or your designated agent to be available from 0800 to 1700 on the scheduled pickup/delivery date to avoid an attempted service fee. In these cases, this must be paid in advance of rescheduling.
